Well, another week of zero response to a power chair having faulty batteries. This device was purchased to enable independence, this weekend the independence ended up in heart ship when was left stranded while getting supplies. There is no AMA for a power chair, fortunately a concerned citizen approached to help and gave me a call about the problem and got them back to their residence and I will be looking at resolving this problem on my own. This business is eager for your business, but when you call for service you get ignored. Made a call July 29th regarding battery failure on a full use power chair and they said that they would get back to me, well it is now August 8th without any follow up consultation to resolve how long do people who depend on essential equipment to wait for a reply? Really consider the service before putting your money on equipment that you depend on. Wow, I controlled myself.
