I did not receive the support I expected. A family member went to use their 2023, Jazzy 614 HD (11/2 year old) powerchair in the morning and did not function. Got another chair to use in the meantime and dropped the chair off to get repaired, week had gone by with no feedback, drove to motion to see what the status was, nobody had any answers, salesman was trying to diagnose but did not have any training, they said they needed more time, I said yes you do, they said they would get back to me next week, that week went by with... read more
