Staff was really nice. For my age I feel embarrassed to need walking aids for my back. The woman that helped me talked with me, gave me options and made me feel ok about needing this. Thank you!
Recently I had the pleasure of meeting the staff of Motion, regarding the the purchase of a walker and an electric wheelchair due to the fact of limited mobility. I had dealt with the company previously in 2017 and was quite happy with purchases. This year (2024) I visited Motion to assist my mobility as it was deteriorating. Normally the staff & level of service from Motion Kingston is great but don't ever have an emergency on a weekend & expect to get any help. They have no one on call for service on weekends at all. This past LONG weekend I needed service because my power chair quit working. I had to not only spend the entire weekend inside, but the largest part of it in bed.
