Pat is awesome! My 93 year old father needed a walker, and while the physiotherapist had a list of places to check out, only Motion had a website where I could look at the items that might work for him. When I went in to the store to see for myself, Pat had a wealth of knowledge, even about the retirement home my father was destined to move to, and was able to coordinate with Department of Veteran’s Affairs (DVA) for funding for the Stella walker. Patricia was very helpful. This was the first time we needed a mobility aid and in an emergency situation. Patricia was very accommodating and made reserving and picking up the walker as easy as going to the corner store.
Bought some very expensive equipment from this store for my daughter a couple of years ago, and the equipment itself was fine. However, we're moving and I called and left a message with some questions about moving the equipment and they just didn't bother to call back. You'd think they'd continue the conversation when needed despite the fact that a bit of time has passed.
We met Paul through Ontario Health at Home when my husband needed an easier way to enter and exit our home. Paul found the best solution for us and built a platform and mobile ramp for our garage. He also installed grab bars on either side of the one stair inside our house. Everything went to plan and now my husband has gained a bit more freedom outside of our home. I highly recommend Motion Kingston
