It has been an absolutely terrible experience. Nine months ago, we contacted them to have a custom electric wheelchair built to suit my son’s specific needs. We finally received it two months ago, but unfortunately, it is completely inadequate. There are more than seven major issues with it—including the batteries, the cushion, the headrest, the footrests, and the wheels; everything is poor. Dealing with Motion was a pleasure. Paul my main contact was professional and went above and beyond to make my situation work. I was impressed with their level of communication. I knew exactly what was happening through the entire process from sale to install. On top of all that they had my stairlifts installed within 2 weeks. Amazing service team!! If you have accessibility concerns call Motion first. They are legit.

Steve at Motion in Kingston is awesome! I cannot say enough about how good he is at his job. I have dealt with Steve over many years through Motion, and will continue to do so as long he is still part of their team. My power wheelchair failed me yesterday. I was trapped and was immediately full of anxiety and stress over the situation. I purchased a walker one year ago and sales were great...but as for service they are poorly run. I called on a Monday to order a wheel for my walker and was told they would give me a call back by the service manager to let me know if they have it in stock or have to order it. No return call. I called back the next day and talk to the service rep and was told the same thing it is Thursday now no call back and no walker for me to get around. After my wife had a bad fall and broke her ankle, we needed to make some changes to our house. We had a stairlift installed to help with our daily lives. Pat M a CSR was incredibly helpful and really wanted to help us out. Paul the installer, was also great. If you are ever unfortunate enough to need any of their services, I would highly recommend them.
