I had a very disappointing experience at this store last week. I was just leaving the bathroom when a bald gentleman entered the front showroom from a back room and used extremely inappropriate language, including the F word multiple times, and appeared to be irate. As an elderly woman, this was very upsetting and left a terrible impression on me. Due to this incident, I have decided not to return and will take my business elsewhere.
