We are so pleased with the service and support that we received from Cassandra and the OT Darlene today. What a professional and very friendly team! My father was initially very apprehensive about getting a mobility aid. It took a lot to get him there! Yet by the time we left, he was thanking them and blowing kisses at them. Dad has been waiting over a year for someone to arrange an assessment for funding for a scooter. After I don’t know how many calls, I was advised that he would not qualify. I really needed to hear this a year ago instead of running this wild goose chase! Worst customer treatment ever!
