Super great very amazing experience. I was a little bit nervous but because of the staff I felt very comfortable. I’ll say what I always say to people, just try it! You’ll be surprised.
I love this place! It is clean, affordable, healthy, and a great way to take care of your body! If you have not tried cryotherapy, this is the place to give it a whirl! They even have a special rate for 1st timers!
I'm in town for a race and got here a few days early to be able to rest up and maximize my recovery so I went into Motion Cryo. I used the Normatec Recovery boots, followed by a full Cryo session and wrapped up with a half hour in the infrared sauna. The employees were excellent. They talked to me during the whole process and being in the cold cryo chamber was a breeze. Time was up before I knew it. This was really cool!!! Pun intended, seriously it made was freezing but I felt so energized all day after, slept great last night lots of my aches went away, gonna make this a weekly thing!!!
