Motion Consulting delivered a car to me with oil that was far too thin and out of spec for the vehicle unbeknownst to me. This was later proven by a used oil analysis, and Motion Consulting repeatedly advertised and confirmed they changed the oil. Unfortunately my car lasted just a handful of drives before spinning a rod bearing due to the thin oil, and resulted in a $30,000+ engine repair bill.
