Love working out with Aidian! I've learned so much from his integrated approach to health and exercise. The gym is always setup for the specific movements you'll be doing that day, which are always functional and hit multiple muscle groups. So nice to have someone emphasize proper technique and breathing. No bro exercises like curls or dead lifts. Love the jumping machine!
I started training with Aidian at MBD about 3 years ago and haven’t looked back since. Aidian’s holistic approach to health and wellness was what first set him apart from experiences I had with other trainers. Over time I have grown physically stronger but I more importantly I have gained a healthier relationship with fitness and it’s role in my day to day life. The gym is spotless, private and comfortable, I could not recommend more.
