It's almost comical how disgruntled the Engineer on the phone became after I called his "Retrofit Kit" a "Takeover Kit". I just want to let you know, there was no time limit on my question, I wasn't putting you under pressure, I was simply asking about the kit. I'm sorry that offended you sir. Takeover Kit is slang for changing the vendors equipment. Like I said, sorry ol' man, it's just a nickname.

Motion Access is a great company that the company I work for has been doing business with for a long time. I highly recommend their products. Their retrofit kits for both sliding and swing doors are reliable and have helped our customers keep their existing doors adding additional years of service to these doors when the OEM parts fail.
