Motion 4 Life is an excellent fitness center. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly . They work with you on your fitness goals with an individualized program. I have been a member for over 2 years and have greatly improved my fitness. I started after working with a PT to rehab a knee prior to a knee replacement.
