This was such a happy day to go see so many scooters. I needed one. Chris the owner was so caring and knowledgeable on what type and size I needed. Answered all my questions no rushed at all. They have Service there also if you need something. I was thinking I will buy online but then u got put it together tools time it's not worth it. Now I have my scooter I can go enjoy my days without being stuck in the house miserable. Now im so much happier. Thank you so much. Linda n Mick

I will never go anywhere else for my mobility scooter needs. Chris asked questions to make sure he knew what my usage would be, so that he could suggest the right model. He gave me a lot of time and attention, and I tried out several scooters. I needed something with good battery life, but light enough I could lift it into my van myself. Chris disassembled a scooter so I could see how heavy the pieces were. He then went online to check the heaviest piece weight of several other models to see if they were lighter. This place doesn't know how to diagnose scooter issues. The 1st story I got from Kevin is that he had my scooter all taken apart and he didn't know what the problem. Then after two weeks of having the scooter I stop by this place and he wanted me to pay for a new motor brake and axle. Which the only problem was the brakes. When I went to pick it up Kevin told me he never took it apart. I think Kevin had no idea what the problem is since he is to inexperience with doing repairs. Employees, including owners, are very helpful and knowledgeable. The owners are often in the store. They have many different medical items for sale including new and used.
