Very good and accurate. Didn't have me waiting in my hot house for 4 hours before they came. Would recommend him again to be my repair guy. He was very explanatory. Made me feel comfortable. I like it when they are willing to answer your questions and concerns. Good job.
It took too long to set up the appt, app was too difficult to follow, I had to wait 3 weeks is order to have my unit look at, the service people are great, but after 2 appts the AC unit is not fixed yet.
