I was a little disappointed in the arrival time of the technician. I kept getting an update on what time the tech would arrive, in total it changed 6 times over 4 hours. I think it was a glitch in their mapping tracking system. After arriving the tech was very polite and professional. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service so far.
The entire project was fantastic, service was top notch, the gentlemen that came to the home checked every aspect of the heating and cooling system. He explained everything and got it done in no time. A great experience, I can sleep tonight without 3 blankets. Thankyou
