Food quality was not very good. Meat tasted unseasoned and smelled bad. The sides were not good either. Macaroni was not cheesy and potato salad had a strong vinegar taste. The cobblers we tried were not good either. We ended up throwing it in the trash for fear of getting sick because it was so awful. Waste of $150. I will not be back.
Just moved to the area recently and decided to give it a try, they had a half priced ribs deal going on so I got some along with my brisket sandwich on a whim and it was the best decision I’ve made in a while. Brisket sandwich was absolute gas too, which was what I went there for, but the ribs were what sealed the deal for me. 6/14/2026 - Visited Motherwells BBQ food truck for the first time. Ordered 1/2 lb Beef Brisket, 1/2 lb Baby Back Ribs, Elote w/Brisket, (2) two Texas Twinkies, and for desert (2) two Cherry Coblers. After about a (15) fifteen minute wait we got our order and took it home to eat. I will say the food was good. All in all, Motherwells BBQ is a quaint little food truck located in Princeton. The staff were friendly, the prices fair, and a short wait time for our food. If you have a craving for BBQ give Motherwells BBQ a try.
The $5 pulled pork sandwich is a great deal, we also really liked the brisket tacos
