A true hidden gem of the neighborhood, the friendly folks at Mother’s Bread bake the most delicious Georgian sourdough bread called shoti (similar to ciabatta). Two options: sour dough or sourer dough. They will also whip up a khachapuri if you have a few minutes to spare. Well worth a visit.
