They are very friendly, accommodating, personable, and down to earth. I will be coming back here for years to come
I went to this provider last year off a recommendation from my friend since my usual provider was no longer in network. Dr. Metz sat down with me as a new patient to speak directly with me for a while before my exam. I really appreciate the respect that she showed to get to know me outside of the exam room. I'm a new pt and scheduled an appt for 1/9 in the afternoon. i called on 1/9 to see if i could reschedule. Receptionist offered me next day. I came in the next day. I filled out new pt paperwork, provided ins card and license. Waited for 25 mins to be told i have a $35 broken appt fee from yesterday. I told the receptionist i called yesterday and was never told of that. I'm a new pt and not even aware of their cancellation policy. She said she would ask the doctor.
