You might as well complete customs clearance by yourself than work with this company. Driver was stuck at border for 4 days due to the company's tardiness and unresponsiveness. Also watch out for them to go MIA on the weekend.

My experience with customs services was absolutely ridiculous. I submitted paperwork over 48 hours ago and only received a response one day later. Their lack of communication over the weekend due to their closed policy was frustrating. Moreover, their poor services and tardiness kept my driver stuck at the border unnecessarily. Overall, a deeply disappointing experience.
