It’s not an exaggeration to say i planned my vacation from Virginia to Tampa around these oysters. I’ve been seeing this food truck on social media and yall, it did NOT disappoint. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Placed an order for pickup and still had to wait about 30 minutes after I arrived but it was all good because the oysters were worth the wait! Owner was super sweet and even gave us a drink for the wait. I got the half and half. My favorite was the stuffed oysters. The other flavor (Rockefeller) was just ok and cooked use a bit more depth of flavor. Definitely would eat here again though!
Great food and owner! I highly recommend it, I have never tried oysters and had a lingering fear for seafood. After trying the food I am a proud addict!
I have been waiting to come to this food truck- worth the wait. Owner is so sweet and even mentioned she wasn’t sure if she would open today and saw my name for a pre order and opened up the truck today. The oysters are the largest I have ever seen. So rich and juicy. She came out with waters and asked how they were. She truly cares about what customers think- food and business is amazing!!!!
