He thoroughly prepped the house with protective corner guards so that his hoses wouldn't rub the furniture and walls. He also pre-cleaned the carpets and treated any stains before beginning the steam cleaning, shampoo, and deodorizing.
the guy's was very responsive. I had a few floods in my office and guy's were quick to clean the carpet and had it looking like new. I highly suggest using them, they are courteous, professional, and do great work!!

Just had my carpets cleaned by them and I am very happy with the results. He was very thorough and was very nice and attentive.
Our two almost new navy blue couches were looking dreadful after the new puppy laid claim to them. Once we got the puppy under control we got on to the staff who cleaned and sanitized them and now they look new again.
