We were traveling thru and needed shift linkage work. They took us in first thing , replaced two parts in the shift linkage and got us on the way for $157. We stopped at Grand Canyon HD, who did not have parts, to have them tighten the linkage. They charged me $190 diagnostic fee when I ask them to tighten linkage No parts. If you are traveling and need assistance skip GCHD and go MRHD.
Come here primarily for parts and service. It’s a typical HD dealer, but I’m disappointed with the parts and motorcycle markup. Perhaps it’s a symptom of a smaller customer pool/local economy, but charging over for all parts seems excessive. Make sure you phone regularly if you have parts on order, otherwise they may be misplaced or sitting there without you being notified.
