Indian Scout Tractor Seat Issues Ordered a tractor seat for an Indian Scout. Had issues with the install of this, not very cheap, seat. Yes, they responded via email, not addressing my issues, just saying this is how we do it. The email seemed very automated, "We are sorry you are having a problem installing the springs". Never addressed the incomplete instructions I received. I was not able to get anyone on the phone to talk to. Said you need to order this other part, no offer of a discount. I love their tooled leather products. I've surfed for a while looking for a company that had something that fit my style. The oak leaf pattern fit the bill. I ordered the spring seat, 2 PC mount and saddle bag. I went out and got my own chrome hardware to make the install look that much better. I ordered the upgrade for 1" gel padding on the seat. Proud owner of 2018 Indian Scout...earlier this month I was looking to upgrade the seat. Mother Road Customs far surpassed my goal of a simple upgrade. The craftmanship and care to detail is second to none. After one short ride with the new seat, I was back on the website to order a matching P-pad.
