Alesha is a very caring and skilled therapist, she has been so helpful to reduce pain and help me feel relaxed through my pregnancy!
It was a great experience! she helped me understand how to deal with some pain i’ve been having and how to prepare for birth.
I am 16 weeks and have been looking for a massage therapist. I loved that she worked on all the problem areas and then educated me on why she focused on others in relation to preparing and planning for birth. She had great pressure and felt very comfortable in her space. I will be returning regularly!
As a new mom, you spend all your time and energy taking care of your new baby it’s easy to forget about taking care of yourself. That’s what Alesha does for you. She is so much more than a massage therapist and Doula - mental heath confidant, sounding board, wealth of knowledge, and will always remind you to drink more water. She does such a wonderful job making you feel comfortable, which can be so challenging during postpartum. If you’re in the prenatal or postpartum times, do something for yourself and go see Alesha!
Alesha has wonderful hands! Highly recommend for prenatal massage.
