I had a really lovely first session with Mindy! I did the 3rd trimester 105 minute massage and body balancing. She was very professional and happy to work with me (which is very comforting in such a vulnerable state lol) I would recommend her and plan to come back after baby !
I am deeply grateful that Mindy was able to be a part of my birth journey. It was quite the journey, 47 hours of labor and almost 4 hours of pushing. It was really important that I had a supportive team helping me during the most vulnerable time in my life. Mindy is very intentional and thoughtful with her massage work. The space is intimate and cozy. Mindy goes out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable. She uses a variety of techniques and pressures, and knows just what a postpartum momma needs! I booked my first appointment with Mindy when I was 1 week postpartum. She helped address the swelling in my extremities. I went again 3 weeks postpartum to address neck and back discomfort. I highly recommend Mindy for postnatal massage.
I live in Idaho and came down for my Birthday. I found Mindy on Google from all her reviews and decided a massage sounds great. It was very very relaxing and much needed! I will definitely come back to see her during this pregnancy and that says something considering I live in a different state! Highly recommend you won’t regret it!
What a delightful experience it was working with Mindy as a Doula. My wife and I's first child, and we had our dream birth in large part because of Mindy's support, education, and presence.
