I had a wonderful experience getting my first prenatal massage with Mindy. She was waiting for me a few minutes before my scheduled time. She explained briefly how to get into the bed and the cushions so that I was able to lay on my stomach. That in itself was a dream and extremely comfortable. Mindy is the absolute best doula. She made all of the difference in my labor experience. She is very attentive and knowledgeable, she knows exactly what to do without you even asking. She made us feel confident in our decisions and was so much help during labor that my husband could just be right by me for support. She made sure everyone in the room was following our birth plan. I had a really lovely first session with Mindy! I did the 3rd trimester 105 minute massage and body balancing. She was very professional and happy to work with me (which is very comforting in such a vulnerable state lol) I would recommend her and plan to come back after baby !

I am deeply grateful that Mindy was able to be a part of my birth journey. It was quite the journey, 47 hours of labor and almost 4 hours of pushing. It was really important that I had a supportive team helping me during the most vulnerable time in my life. She was so kind and patient and had vast medical knowledge that helped guide my decisions and calm my spirit. Mindy is very intentional and thoughtful with her massage work. The space is intimate and cozy. Mindy goes out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable. She uses a variety of techniques and pressures, and knows just what a postpartum momma needs! I booked my first appointment with Mindy when I was 1 week postpartum. She helped address the swelling in my extremities. I went again 3 weeks postpartum to address neck and back discomfort. I highly recommend Mindy for postnatal massage.
