I wanted to use this company, and I understand that a lot of people find them pleasant but my experience was awful. Really rude customer service from the first person with whom I spoke, the next person was a manager who was simply unwilling to listen to my complaint about the first person. He just talked over and redirected me to their services which I would love to have bought. Anyway, an awful company that does not know hwo to listen to customers with a reasonable concrn about whether their products will work for him.

Excellent job! First time a company actually identified stains and pre-treated prior to the actual cleaning. The carpet looks great and the stains are gone. No evidence of puppy accidents! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Had our sectional sofa and ottoman cleaned, they look great. The technician was prompt, explained everything beforehand, and was neat and professional. Even came out on a Sunday! Would not hesitate to use them again.
