The two reviews were 10 years ago and actually not totally true. I have been manager since October 2010. We have new owners since 2014. These tenants complained because they thought we were ripping them off on electric. They had a very large RV and did not work. The electric charges are set by PG&e tariffs and parks cannot profit.
