Motherhub go absolutely above and beyond for there clients, I’ve seen specialists for both of my children and both times I’ve always felt so incredibly comfortable, looked after and respected. Recently seen Jen for feeding issues with my daughter. She always made me feel heard, validated and that I was an incredible mother to my daughter. It’s like talking to a friend and I love going in. I had such a lovely experience with Motherhub. Breastfeeding can be very challenging- both Dr Sarah & Jen are amazing at assessing, diagnosing & super experienced in all things tongue tie. It was lovely to have some real conversation with Jen about breastfeeding my baby all the while she remained professional and supported my emotions through what is a bumpy ride! Partner went for prenatal checkups. Booked us in for alot of unneccessary checkups which gets expensive. Saw a different person almost every single time despite supposed to be dealing with one person. Booked us in for appointments elsewhere but never sent refferals across.
From booking, to arrival, and follow up, the front of house team are amazing. Happy, helpful and kind. Clearly they know how hard it can be to be a new parent. I’m sure it’s a complex job with such a variety of providers and services, and the pressure of desperate parents needing urgent help.The Mother Hub has chosen a perfect front of house team for the amazing services they provide.
I'm so impressed and grateful to have access to this wonderful service. From reception staff, to lactation consultants and doctors- everyone is so warm, welcoming, gentle and kind. I've used motherhub with all three of my babies and was supported to breastfeed for 3.5 years, 2 year and now breastfeeding my 7 week old baby.
