We had a wonderful experience working with Eric to buy our Kia Niro EV. Even though his inventory was low, he sat with us on a Saturday and talked through what models and cars we should target and what we could expect about buying a used EV. There are many reasons that I'm happy to have done business with Erc: Above and beyond customer service, low pressure, locally owned, knowledgable and specializing in only EVs. Start to finish it was a great experience, and that's coming from someone who hates shopping for cars and put this off for months. He even drove my new car to me and we finished the paperwork in my kitchen! I highly recommend Eric to anyone interested in buying an EV.
Eric was so kind and helpful for our first venture into electric cars. He spent several hours with us, letting us test drive multiple different cars and answering all of our questions. We just bought our first vehicle through Mother Earth Motors (we say first, because we definitely hope to return someday for a second). This is a mom and pop kind of EV dealership, so while the inventory is low, the service is out of this world. Eric was very personable -not pushy at all, transparent with interactions, and we would so much rather support this small family business than a large dealership where we feel swindled and like a number.
