I called this salon to inquire about services for my grandmother, who has matted hair. While I was in the middle of explaining, I was rudely cut off with, ‘Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait—who is this?’ in a degrading, unprofessional tone. This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially for a business that’s supposed to provide customer service.
