Was polite over the phone said they could fix what I needed done but went and got the car loaded and brought all the way up there cuz they were supposed to be a good place but when I got there no one seemed to want to talk to me they didn't even ask what I needed done just told me the vehicle was a total loss because it was over 10 years old and wasn't worth fixing never spoke to me or evaluated the vehicle just went straight to being rude and didnt want to touch the vehicle
They do a great job when they get through it looks like new
