Super helpful staff during pick up and drop off. They were thorough with their explanation of how to use the van while on the road. The manual also comes in handy. I reached out a couple times when we were on the road for some quick questions and they were able to answer within a timely matter. We were in contact with Briana and Oscar and they were really helpful. We had a great experience with our moterra plus van. Two adults and 3 kids slept comfortably and we had everything we needed for a campout in the national parks. There was plenty of gear and supplies to do dispersed camping if you wanted. Loved the on board fridge that was large enough for essentials and 3 or four big dinners. We were able to store 2 carry ons and one suitcase in the rear. Moterra staff did a great job of accommodating gear for our fifth person.
The "cream of the crop" for campervan companies in this area. My wife and I rented the pop-top classic through Moterra for an 8-day WA national park trip hitting Olympic, North Cascades, and Mt Rainier. It was the most immersive way of experiencing these gorgeous parks. Truly an incredible experience. We could not have had a better time exploring Olympic NP with our Moterra Van. The van is spacious enough that our family of 5 traveled and slept comfortably; while being small enough to drive easily and find parking in the crowded national park lots.
Our friend group of 4 has dreamed of a Washington national parks trip for years. Before booking, I did a ton of research that led me to Moterra.
