My husband and I had the best time renting a camper van through Moterra. I don’t know if we’ll ever vacation another way. Staff was so communicative and helpful from start to finish!
The local host at the Portland Maine facility was wonderful! Competent and confident, they knew all about the vehicle and helped us get settled in right away. Everything was clear in terms of what we were responsible for and there were no questions when we turned it back in. Absolutely perfect interaction both times! The vehicle itself was solid. We had the best adventures with our Moterra van! Loved how compact, convenient and comfortable it was. It drove great and we were able to easily park it in the small towns we went to. And the pop-up feature really gave us extra standing space. We would love to rent one again and explore a new part of the country!
This is our second time renting from Motetra and first time from this location. Every time, we are blown away by the service the team provides and the features in the van. We took the van through the Presidentials in NH and to Acadia, and everywhere we went people asked about the van and how to rent. Will absolutely be using them again.
