Absolutely disgraceful I have never been insulted by staff at a hotel, so this was a first. We stayed in a large group. on check in, nothing was organised, the staff member was giving unclear instructions and ordering around members of the group. he then yelled at our driver to move luggage and then walked off. The rooms were very old and tired looking with the heater in my room smelling like mould and dripping when turned on, the fan was so loud I could not sleep in the room. The room was set up beautifully and the staff were very friendly and nice. Would definitely come here again.
Not good with home handyman updates. Run by unhelpful, overly money conscious proprietors. Apparently recently changed ownership from people who I have heard were loverly.
