Over all it's convenient, but lacking modern conveniences and security, also found my room very noisy due to distance from rosd

It seems that the owner will be speaking only their native language during our stay. We anticipate that the air conditioner might be quite loud. I'm preparing for the possibility that the fridge may not be large enough for our needs. It looks like the bathroom may show its age, which could add some character to our experience. Additionally, we should expect that the parking area might be limited and could present some challenges.
