Nous nous sommes présentés au motel dans les hrs indiquées soit avant 19hrs avec une reservation valide par avion récompenses et personne pour nous ouvrir, personne ne répond au numéro d'urgence! On a dû aller ailleurs dernière minutes. Finalement un rappel de la part du Motel et aucun support de la part du motel. Il nous a dit que c'est de ma faute car j'ai fait affaire avec avion récompenses. Merci pour le service!
