This place is absolutely filthy. The owners are rude, customer service doesn’t exist, and they absolutely do not even slightly clean the rooms. The floors were so dirty your feet will stick to them walking, there is dirt and hair on everything, they don’t clean the toilets or the sheets or anything at all. The fridge was hot and full of liquid and old food. Revolting. You’re better off sleeping in your car

This hotel is incredibly concerning on many levels. We stayed here for one night while we were in town for the MS bike tour. There wasn’t many options left but this one, and we figured it couldn’t be all that bad. However, it was so appalling we ended up reporting it to Alberta Health Services. I legit walked in, smelt the mold and mildew to which i'm allergic to, the clerk didn't speak english and handed me a phone to talk to someone. When I explained my allergy and said, I need to leave immediately to get meds, they suggested I take my room card so that after my meds, I could still stay there! Hahaha. I immediately left. Didnt even ask for a refund. Couldn't even tell you what the rooms look like. There was no way. That place looked like a crime scene. Spend the extra 10 bucks and go down the street. Just wow.

I have stayed at this motel several times over the last 2 years when I have had heat or water issues at my home! Usually my stays are good but I stayed there from April 8-10 and there was women's clothing left in the bathroom, residue from a spill that wasn't wiped up, floor didn't look like it was mopped and second night | was there( last night) | was having a bath and | had the bathroom door open and someone entered my room not once but twice!!
