Disappointing? I have never been treated so horribly by an establishment in my LIFE. I was accidentally locked out of my room after I ran to the store on my BIRTHDAY, my boyfriend was asleep in the bedroom & could not hear me knocking, not only was she rude, &insulting to my suprise, they refused to give me another room key, I even offered to pay for it.
