I didn't even stay at this hotel. I called on July 23rd to cancel a reservation for August 17-19. The employee claimed there was no reservation to cancel. Ok cool. Fast forward to August 19th and my card was charged by Motel 6 $194.87! I called them to dispute the charge, they said the reservation was made through Expedia. I called Expedia and they said no if the charge says Motel 6 then it was made at the property. I then call back this morning and they gave me a bogus email address to email the manager. She told me 100$ for the second day and she still charged me 111 for that day.
Great customer service. Clean room's and clean property. Great location right off the freeway. Go see them.
