It is a motel room... area was quiet, diner next door and gas on other corner... room was clean and well air-conditioned. Staff was nice and fast... This is NOT a designer lodging space but it does offer a good place to rest on your journey.

The room at first was like most other Motel 6 locations. The floor and sheets look clean, it didn't smell of smoke, it had a decent selection of channels on the TV. Then I started looking closer. There was some glaring, even dangerous problems. There was the cigarette hole in the shower curtain, the bath towel with frayed edges, and so I looked closer. Then I got really concerned. A complete horror show. The worst Motel 6 in America. Homeless encampments directly on property. Car full of trash in front of filthy room full of flies, dirty linens, used toilet and broken door. Pool closed and full of dirt. The rudest hotel clerk I have ever met. When we complained he said: we are unconcerned. Left our $60 and left after 15 minutes.
