Well first of all there aren't very many rooms available. They are all gutted out. No breakfast and the office doesn't start coffee until 6. 80% of working Americans leave for work by 6. The rooms smell like mildew and the ice machine doesn't work but there is a brand new coke machine. So, I guess you will have to bring your own ice but profits for drinks are readily available.
