There are times where I have been to motels worse than this, but I think this motel takes the trophy for being the worst motel. This place deserves a 1-star rating as a motel mostly because of how the room was upon entry. For the most part, I personally don’t care if the room is small, or is a little messy, but after 12 hours of continuous driving, what I saw on the DeltaStays Hotels website was nothing like what I experienced in person. Clean, but not for a lack of trying. Lights didn't work properly. TV didn't work. Ran out of hot water. Door security latch didn't even reach the door.
Just redid the inside so brand new with full size walk in showers and nice finishes. Staff leaves you alone too so that's good.
Very poor service. The room they gave me has no electricity,no heat,no tv, told the manager about the problem and was told that if I didn't like it I could leave..
