Customer service was very rude by front desk lady name Nicola
All I can is that I had the worst 2 nights then was charged a extra $15 to get a new room cause 1st room had roaches And that lady name Nicola is nasty rude and disrespectful...oh and by the way get y'all roof fixed ....how you work front desk but glued to your phone
They one gave me a room smoking section and all I see when I walk in was burnt holes in the blanket. But she did give me another room less burnt holes then the first room. That totally not good
