I booked through the hotel's website for a non-smoking room, when I arrived the person at the reception said that there was only one room left (smelly and with cigarette burns and not the same as the pictures), but that they had ONLY one extra room at a higher cost, to which we agreed, but then they told us that because it was being renovated(as the pictures) they would charge us for each dog (in cash), with no other options and at that hour, we agreed, when I arrived, I turned on the a / c and it began to smell terrible, sm... read more
