Room is Not properly clean
it was bascary
More staff is highly required! In evening the the guy at the reception desk was never seen available. Every time we and other customers had to keep waiting long. On the entrance door, it said ring the bell after 8/9 p.m, but before that said time we had to ring bell from outside the hotel as it was closed, even though check-in time is till late night.
