I paid for my room only to have the front desk clerk tell me that I did not, call the cops on me and tell me I had to leave all because she wouldn't wait for me to get the receipt out of my email. Cops left. I called corporate. Hopefully she loses her job.. I have been a regular customer and the service had been good until this trip. The evening we arrived at 7 pm all of the front desk staff were on lunch . Who takes lunch at the busiest time for check in?

Motel pratique pour une nuit quand on fait de la route. La chambre était propre mais il n'y avait pas de sèche-cheveux dans la chambre. Le jeune homme m'en a prêté un à la réception mais je devais laisser une pièce d'identité et le ramener tout-de-suite après. Je ne comprends pas qu'en 2025 ils ne puissent pas fournir un sèche-cheveux dans chaque chambre. La douche fonctionnait très mal aussi, donc de l'eau un peu partout sur le sol.

I only needed a place to sleep and shower so it was perfect for me. There was ac, heat and a tv but no microwave or fridge or coffee maker. I made my own coffee in the morning with my travel coffee maker while I watched the news and weather on the TV and got a good hot shower after a good nights rest on a clean and comfortable bed. For my needs it was perfect and I would stay there again. If you plan on staying for more than a couple of days you may want to ask them if they have any rooms with a microwave and fridge.
