We checked into this hotel last night and didn’t even last two hours. The room smelled strongly like stale smoke the entire time. Within minutes of turning off the lights, roaches started coming out—on the walls, across the floor, everywhere. It was honestly shocking how many there were. Had reservation but was cancelled by this locations due to renovations. Come to find out that it was cancelled so that the can charge three time the rate. This company operates on bad business practices and would recommend another company.
