The place is in a good location but the place needs upkeep. The room smelled like someone lived there and constantly smoked. The smell of cigarettes was extremely strong. Other than that it is your typical Motel 6. There are far better hotels in area that cost the same or less, have even stayed in better chain hotels that served breakfast and had pools for same price

To quote Voltaire, if I may (as usual): "This is not a disco. Nor is it a club of country..." ("Je voudrais avoir de Fun") This is not even Los Angeles. Or....is it?!? Nope, it's not. But a fine place to be all the same, just a short jog from the often overlooked & underestimated University of California, Riverside (the "cult classic" campus of the UC system). The lady who checked us in was super nice but the location is awful. Homeless people hanging out on the property behind storage container. People/druggies seem to be living in some of the rooms. People were walking around and being loud all night long. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. Plus $100 for this room was not worth it . Lesson learned .
