Arrived on 10/4 about 5:30 on motorcycle only to find out that they overbooked and didn’t have a room for us. Front desk person gave us a number to call to get refund (still haven’t gotten one). It was a chilly Friday night but luckily found a room in a town about an hour away. We have attempted to call this hotel directly many times AND NOBODY ever answers the phones. EVER. Beautiful location but this place is unfortunately a DUD Don’t waste your time or MONEY
Office closed. No body works there. How do I supposed to check in. Worst experience ever. Stay away from this hotel. This hotel need to closed down.
My family and I stayed for the weekend here. The view outside my room was breathtaking. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations on where to go for dinner. We will be going back to visit.
