This is an old hotel that is in a prime location. The staff were friendly, the grounds and the room were clean and well maintained. No A/C. Box fans available in the office. Probably wouldn't want to book a room here if the temperature is in the upper 80s. It was 70 during our stay which made it perfectly comfortable even without the a/c. The rooms and furniture are dated, but what they do have is clean and well maintained. The parking spaces are smaller than normal. If you want basic rooms with basic amenities then stay here. The location is the best part and the only positive for this motel. Right around the corner from Splash, Fat Cats and the main drag in Pismo. The room itself has a bed, no decor, basic items. No coffee pot, only a microwave and a small(very small).fridge.

Don't come expecting much Unfortunately, I had high expectations when I booked here, and it set me up for big time disappointment. When I read 'family suite' I thought of a family friendly suite, with a kitchenette, living area, sofa, etc. Nope. Not at all what they have here. It's not a suite, nor is it family friendly. I stayed here before and I had no problem before but when I stayed here over the weekend, I seen roaches!! I’m very disappointed.
