Absolutely terrible experience. The room was dirty, smelled bad, and hadn’t been properly cleaned. When I complained, the staff were rude and dismissive, and they refused to give me a refund. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.
Wound up staying here a few days while our truck got fixed during a cross country road trip with 4 dogs. Staff was friendly, professional and flexible, which was very appreciated because the time estimate for the repair kept getting pushed out! Clean, quiet rooms with plenty of parking, no bugs sighted in either room we stayed in (119 and 120.) Would stay again anytime!
