For the price, I have no complaints. The staff is always kind and helpful. Every time I stay here, the staff is excellent. Dawn is amazing! Ivory cares about her guests. This was a rough time for me personally, they asked how I was and made sure I was safe. Thank you.
If I could give this zero stars, I certainly would. I came here to get a really long shower and rest my head in a couple of days out of my RV since my dog passed away as soon as I walked in the door, I looked at the tub and it was completely disgusting. There was a cockroach on the ceiling and I just wasn’t in the mood. I went to the woman and I asked her to change my room and she told me to come tomorrow all night. It was ok quite were it's location is great everything you need in that area
After I spent over a thousand dollar to stay the whole staff treated us like trash. They all gathered in one corner watch us leave as they laughed they were children involved. We ask for 2 more days they didn't even extend our stay because I told her there were roaches as well as no clean towels. So they started an argument about the stay.
