I booked this through expedia, so I was not able to receive a refund, but by hopefully writing this review I can help someone in the future avoid making a mistake and booking this motel. You’re probably looking at this motel because of the cheap price, but it is cheap for a reason. The room I was given by the pool smelled like wet feet. The towels in my bathrooms had human hairs on them. The wifi that they advertise does not work(conveniently it only works in the lobby) and the TV’s are slow and outdated. Amy was a great hostess and provided an excellent experience the rooms looked amazing for the price that was offered and it was very convenient to be close to destinations like the universal and Disney theme parks there was also a abundance of night life and entertainment. Many of the staff was very helpful 10/10 would recommend
I was happy with my return stay at motel 6 first and foremost the lady Amy say hello. After a long day of travel I was very happy when she said it with an happy tone,and was verfull of energy even when it was 1am in the morning. She needs a raise and an promotion.The room was awesome. I give her an 10/10 of customer service. I can tell just looking at her she an hard worker, kind hard,and over lovely person to meet . She made my return stay at motel 6 an memory I will never forget in my life time.
