LAUNDROMAT DOESN'T WORK. ICE MACHINE DOESN'T WORK. HOUSEKEEPING DOESN'T WORK. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T WORK. NO BREAKFAST. MATTRESS SLIDES RIGHT OFF FRAME. NO LATE CHECK OUT. NO SNACKS IN THE VENDING MACHINE. PLACE LOOKS LIKE CRAP ONCE YOU GET PAST THE LOBBY. MY ROOM HAD NO LOCK.
This is one of the worst of the worst place I have stayed on. I arrived at 4am and asked for check out time to be 12pm but the receptionist extremely denied it! Then the worst starts, I go to room then find out stain and blood looking things in the walls, dirty and nasty stain all through the room, hair on the bed, stain on the blanket, shower floor so nasty and has not been cleaned. Motel 6 Monahans, TX Positive aspects first...Bennigans is next door. Now on to the hotel itsself...all negative. Insufficient air conditioning. We had to actually push the reset button to get air. According to the staff, they had no access hair dryers. They are unable to request additional towels. They do not offer shower mats. Room cleanliness subpar. Bedding excessively thin. Furthermore, bathroom shower had unsanitary conditions. No shampoo or conditioner. Shower was unclean and posed safety risks. Floor exhibited signs ... read more
Check in for one night went in room was hot , went to front desk asked if any other rooms, was told no , and asked for refund, was told no. Rooms were filthy and hot
