Flies in the room. Missing blanket that took a while to be found. Broken electrical switch posing shock hazard. Hot water not flowing for a while. Pillows useless. Pool not open.

Preis/Leistung gut, Zimmer sauber, Zimmer hellhörig da es eine Türe im Zimmer hat zum Zimmer nebenan, man hörte alle Telefongespräche und TV. Wir bekammen ein Zimmer im hinteren Gebäude, trotzdem hörte man Hunde beelen, Zug und Lastwagen fahren...

Our stay in the two queens room with a shared door was a nightmare. The person in the adjoining room was smoking all night, and smoke poured through the gap under the door, making the entire room unbearable. One of my family members even got sick from the constant smell, feeling nauseous and vomiting. The room itself was filthy, with dirty floors and a damp blanket that never dried properly.
